📦 Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
  • The item should not be damaged, washed, or altered

👉 Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


🔁 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 5 days of delivery
  2. Share your order details and reason for return
  3. Our team will confirm your request
  4. We will arrange a pickup or guide you for return shipping

💰 Refund Policy

Once the returned product is picked up and inspected:

  • Refund will be processed within 7 days of pickup
  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method or UPI
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via UPI or bank transfer

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or stitched blouses
  • Products purchased on sale or discount (if applicable)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos as proof
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping may be arranged by us or guided to the customer
  • Shipping charges may be deducted (if applicable)
